Realize Travel LLC provides online travel services for flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. All cancellations follow the rules and conditions established by each travel supplier, including airlines, hotels, rental agencies, and activity providers. Cancellations must be requested before the deadline stated in your booking confirmation. After that deadline, suppliers may not permit cancellations. Realize Travel assists with all requests but cannot override supplier rules.

Some bookings are non-cancellable. These bookings will be labeled clearly during checkout. When a supplier allows cancellation, the applicable fees, deadlines, and refund amounts will be displayed during the booking process.

A cancellation is considered complete when Realize Travel receives written confirmation from the supplier. Refund timelines depend on the provider and on your financial institution.
