1. General Policy
Refunds follow the policies of travel suppliers. Our services are considered delivered when travel documents are issued.
2. Non Refundable Bookings
Some bookings are non refundable. We cannot issue refunds beyond supplier rules.
3. Refundable Bookings
If your booking is eligible, refund requests must be submitted before the supplier deadline. Processing may take up to thirty days.
4. Partial Refunds
Some suppliers allow partial refunds based on how early the cancellation occurs.
5. Involuntary Changes
If a provider cancels a service, we assist you in securing a refund or alternate option.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact us before requesting a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
7. Refund Timelines
Airlines: up to thirty days
Hotels: fourteen to thirty business days
Cars and activities: varies
Banks may take five to ten business days to show funds.
